Ребята, нужна помощь, пришла посылка с р2, мятая, я не придал этому значения, уже в другом месте я её открыл, а кузов весь мятый (перед открытием я её сфоткал), написал к р2, что так и так, помогите, они сказали, чтобы я пошёл на чопту и чтобы мне составили акт об ущербе, я пришёл, но мне отказали, я опять написал р2, что на почте ничего не хотят делать, они пишут, что многие так делали и всё равно его можно составить, что делать?
